Refund policy

At MilUbyLumi, each piece is made with care and intention. Because of the intimate nature of swimwear and to maintain our quality standards, we do not offer returns.

However, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters. We’re happy to offer one-time size exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and hygiene liners (if included) must be fully attached

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Only size exchanges are allowed — no color or style swaps

To Request an Exchange:
Email us at sales@milubylumi.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover the cost of sending the new size.

• Exchanges are subject to availability

• Items returned without approval or in used condition will not be accepted

• Sale items are final sale
