Thank you for shopping with Milu Swim! We take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each of our garments. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for refunds.

Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities, all purchases are final for refunds. We encourage customers to review our size guide and product details before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We understand that sometimes a different size is needed or an issue may arise. For eligible items, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit (subject to availability).

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and the hygiene liner (if applicable) still attached.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item.

Items Not Eligible

The following items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or altered pieces
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without tags

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@miluswim.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review your request and make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email hello@milubylumi.com with your order number and reason for your exchange.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before shipping your item.
  3. Return your item in its original condition.
  4. Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue your store credit.
